BLACK RIVER ENTERTAINMENT artist CRAIG MORGAN will be featured on “ORIGINS: CRAIG MORGAN,” which premieres on WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 14th at 10p (ET) on GAC.
“I tell people all the time ‘I’m not a redneck, I’m not a hillbilly and I’m not a cowboy. And I don’t pretend to be,” said CRAIG MORGAN on the show. “What I am is a country boy.”
MORGAN is profiled in this episode and talks about his two successful careers as both a Country music artist and an Army Commander. “When I was in the Army, I caught myself playing guitar and writing songs. I’d come home on a four-day weekend and go to NASHVILLE and do a writer’s night but I was still in the Army fulltime,” said MORGAN. “I had a family so I didn’t want to jump out of the Army and go to something that wasn’t going to happen.”
Viewers of the show will also see acoustic performances of some of MORGAN’s biggest hits including “More Trucks Than Cars,” “Love Loves a Long Night,” “Redneck Yacht Club” and “This Ole Boy,” performed at DICKSEN’s GRAND OLE HATCHERY, a club where he played his songs long before getting a record deal.
