In other filings with the FCC, the deal by which RADIO ONE's BLUE CHIP BROADCASTING LICENSES, LTD. is selling now-Talk WJKR (98.9 FM THE ANSWER)/UPPER ARLINGTON-COLUMBUS, OH to SALEM MEDIA OF OHIO has been filed with the Commission, showing a price of $4 million plus an LMA before closing. The terms, undisclosed when the sale was announced in OCTOBER, also include the seller retaining the WJKR call letters.

CORP., licensee of Sports WABH-A (ESPN RADIO 1380) and AC WVIN (V98.3)/BATH, NY and Rhythmic AC WQRW (THE Q 93.5)/WELLSVILLE, NY, back to owner ROBERT J. PFUNTNER. FOREMAN was appointed receiver by the U.S. District Court for the Western District of NEW YORK in a case brought against the company by lender CITIZENS AND NORTHERN BANK. PFUNTNER has paid the amount owed to the lender and is re-assuming control of the stations.

In a closing yet to show up in the FCC database, TYLER BROADCASTING CORP. has closed on its purchase of the RENDA BROADCASTING OKLAHOMA CITY cluster for $40 million. TYLER got Classic Hits KOMA, Talk KOKC-A, Classic Rock KRXO, and AC KMGL (MAGIC 94.1)/OKLAHOMA CITY in the deal. KALIL AND CO. represented TYLER in the deal.
