KCOH INC. is selling Urban-Talk KCOH-A to LA PROMESA FOUNDATION for $2,141, 000.

In other filings with the FCC, the deal by which RADIO ONE's BLUE CHIP BROADCASTING LICENSES, LTD. is selling now-Talk WJKR (98.9 FM THE ANSWER)/UPPER ARLINGTON-COLUMBUS, OH to SALEM MEDIA OF OHIO has been filed with the Commission, showing a price of $4 million plus an LMA before closing.  The terms, undisclosed when the sale was announced in OCTOBER, also include the seller retaining the WJKR call letters.

Receiver RICHARD A. FOREMAN is transferring PEMBROOK PINES MASS MEDIA N.A. CORP., licensee of Sports WABH-A (ESPN RADIO 1380) and AC WVIN (V98.3)/BATH, NY and Rhythmic AC WQRW (THE Q 93.5)/WELLSVILLE, NY, back to owner ROBERT J. PFUNTNER.  FOREMAN was appointed receiver by the U.S. District Court for the Western District of NEW YORK in a case brought against the company by lender CITIZENS AND NORTHERN BANK.  PFUNTNER has paid the amount owed to the lender and is re-assuming control of the stations.

PROFESSIONAL ANTENNA, TOWER AND TRANSLATOR SERVICE (PATTS) is selling FM translators K254BB and K258BI/GUNNISON, CO to JOEL L. BELIK for $27,500.

BIG CAT BROADCASTING, LLC is selling the construction permit for a new FM at OZONA, TX to CHRISTIAN MINISTRIES OF THE VALLEY, INC. for $7,500.

CALVARY CHAPEL OF AUBURN is donating FM translator W266BE/AUBURN, NY to CALVARY CHAPEL OF THE FINGER LAKES, INC.

WINTON ROAD BROADCASTING CO., LLC has filed for a Silent STA for K249DE/DURANGO, CO due to interference with first-adjacent sister Country KISZ (KISS COUNTRY)/CORTEZ, CO (the translator's primary station).

CCS RADIO, INC. has applied for a Silent STA for FM translator K288FY/LIVINGSTON, TX due to loss of its site.

ACE RADIO INC. has requested a Silent STA for low power FM KDLP-LP/ACE, TX due to equipment problems, with the licensee saying replacement of the equipment "is not practical" due to its financial situation.

UNITED BROADCASTING SYSTEM, LLC has filed for an extension of its Silent STA for FM translator W244CS/HUDSON, WI due to signal problems which have necessitated seeking a new site.

TALLGRASS BROADCASTING, LLC has requested extensions of its Silent STAs for KICA-A and KICA-F/FARWELL, TX because the stations continue to be "financially unfeasible," according to the licensee, and are for sale.

VCY AMERICA, INC. has applied for an extension of its Silent STA for FM translator K278BK/WATERTOWN, SD while it repairs some equipment.

IGLESIA PENTECOSTAL VISPERIA DEL FIN has requested an extension of its Silent STA for KEJI/DARRINGTON, WA while it completes construction of its new facilities.

And CARLOS ARANA MINISTRIES has closed on the sale of noncommercial Spanish Religion KGIO and K211ET (RADIO CADENA MANANTIAL)/ASTORIA, OR to CENTRO FAMILIAR CRISTIANO for $45,000.

In a closing yet to show up in the FCC database, TYLER BROADCASTING CORP. has closed on its purchase of the RENDA BROADCASTING OKLAHOMA CITY cluster for $40 million.  TYLER got Classic Hits KOMA, Talk KOKC-A, Classic Rock KRXO, and AC KMGL (MAGIC 94.1)/OKLAHOMA CITY in the deal.  KALIL AND CO. represented TYLER in the deal.
