CUMULUS Talk WWTN (SUPERTALK 99.7 WTN)/NASHVILLE is airing its annual CUMULUS NASHVILLE Radiothon for the NASHVILLE RESCUE MISSION on MONDAY (11/19). The entire WTN local daytime lineup, including RALPH BRISTON, MICHAEL DELGIORNO, DAVE RAMSEY, and PHIL VALENTINE, will commit their shows to the fundraising effort, which runs from 5a to 7p.
DELGIORNO will also broadcast live from the mission during BRISTOL's show, and will also host from the studio with RAMSEY 9-10a, will stay on through 1p (pre-empting the syndicated MIKE HUCKABEE show), and will be back on the air for the 6-7p hour.
“This Radiothon gives the community an opportunity to give back into the community and really help change people’s lives,” said VP/Market Manager MIKE CARPENTER. “There are so many ways to give back, but the NASHVILLE RESCUE MISSION is one of a kind since it’s not just about immediate needs. It helps restore their lives and overcome huge hardships. WTN’s listeners are very generous people who always go above and beyond our expectations in contributions to support the MISSION. We hope to exceed our goal again this year.”
