HUBBARD BROADCASTING Adult Hits WARH (THE ARCH)/ST. LOUIS has promotion weekender/fill-in ROBERT FITHEN to nights. FITHEN previously programmed WQLZ and WLCE/SPRINGFIELD, IL and did nights at Country KSD/ST. LOUIS.
He is also an accomplished comedy writer and production manager who has local TV shows "ST. LOUIS Country" and "Harrah's Lucky Break."
