All Clear Channel Radio Sites -- Down, Then Back Up

At exactly 10p (ET) on THANKSGIVING EVE, virtually all CLEAR CHANNEL RADIO sites, but not iHEART.COM, were offline for the better part of an hour ... most were showing pages with a similar message to this:

Internal Server Error - Read
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
