CBS RADIO Top 40/Mainstream WNKS (KISS 95.1)/CHARLOTTE, NC is bringing in JAY SPARXX to do nights, effective DEC. 17th. Previously he held the same air shift at FLINN BROADCASTING Top 40 WHBQ/MEMPHIS.
