KMXZ Presents 'A Christmas Carol With A Tucson Twist'

JOURNAL BROADCAST GROUP Hot AC KMXZ (94.9 MIXfm)/TUCSON announces "A CHRISTMAS CAROL WITH A TUCSON TWIST" on SUNDAY (DECEMBER 2nd).

The 2012 edition of the 94.9 MIXfm radio play is based on the CHARLES DICKENS' classic and will be presented at the FOX THEATER in TUCSON. The cast will include personalities from KMXZ (94.9MIXfm), KGUN (ABC CHANNEL 9) and other TUCSON celebrities including former UA and professional basketball player JOSEPH BLAIR playing the role of TINY TIM, DAVE SITTON as CRATCHIT, BIG AL playing multiple roles including the voice of HONEY BOO-BOO, DAVID "FITZ" FITZSIMMONS of the ARIZONA DAILY STAR as SCROOGE, and MRS. GRANT, GREG CURTIS, MARTY BISHOP, ADRIENNE WALKER, LESLIE LOIS, SHEILA K, and BRUCE DANIELS will all play key roles in the play.

Proceeds from the event will benefit the DIAPER BANK of SOUTHERN ARIZONA.
