CBS RADIO Top 40/Mainstream WBBM (B96)/CHICAGO morning co-host JULIAN ON THE RADIO has left the station to pursue new career opportunities. JULIAN ON THE RADIO came to B96 nearly seven years ago to do nights and was later moved to mornings with J-NIICE and SHOWBIZ SHELLY.
JULIAN ON THE RADIO tells ALL ACCESS, "I cannot put into words how I felt when I made this decision, but all I can say is I never felt my heart beating so fast in my entire life! If my heart could speak it would say nothing but the best things for CBS-CHICAGO. My PD, TODD CAVANAH, ERIK BRADLEY, ROD ZIMMERMAN, the creative brains MIKE HORN, and JOSH R, are all top-notch pros and have been nothing but spectacular to work with these past seven years."
JULIAN continued, "Who knows, we could reunite again down the road, but I feel I must do this right now for my career. In the meantime for DECEMBER, I plan on spending more time learning how to make eggrolls and fried rice so when I finally get that date with TAYLOR SWIFT, I can sweep her off her feet when I make dinner for her. Two weeks later, she'll make me famous by breaking up with me and writing a song about me."

JULIAN is a three-time winner of the CHICAGO SILVERDOME AWARD for Best Local Broadcaster and won the prestigious Presidents of Radio Award in 2008/2009, presented by JACOBS MEDIA.
At B96, the morning show moves forward with J-NIICE hosting THE J SHOW with SHOWBIZ SHELLY prominently featured.
In a memo to the B96 staff, PD TODD CAVANAH thanked JULIAN for his hard work, dedication and passion for the station. CAVANAH went on to wish JULIAN all the best and many more years of success.
