After about a year of doing afternoons at ENTERCOM Classic Triple A KMTT (THE MOUNTAIN)/SEATTLE MARTY RIEMER is again leaving the station as of DECEMBER 20th.
He had been with THE MOUNTAIN for 14 years prior to that. RIEMER has also worked at KZOK, KJR and KXRX in the market.
In his station blog, RIEMER said, "It's been a tremendous run, I've met amazing people, and been introduced to some great artists. MOUNTAIN listeners are genuinely fun, smart, interesting and engaged people, and it has been my extreme pleasure to be a small part of your lives."
RIEMER has many other things to keep him busy, including running an educational video production company, doing podcasting, and sitting on the board of the BUMBERSHOOT FESTIVAL.
Because of RIEMER’s exit, PD MIKE KAPLAN is looking for "a knowledgeable adult rock afternoon host who is a truly a great communicator" to replace him.
