WCTY Bone Marrow Drive Draws 105 People

HALL COMMUNICATIONS Country WCTY/NORWICH, CT held a "MARROW-THON," bone marrow drive on FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 30th, drawing over 105 listeners to get the cheek swab for the "BE MY MATCH REGISTRY."

"The listeners really got it, they understood the importance of what they were doing," WCTY PD DAVE ELDER said. "They heard our interviews with donors and survivors and were moved by their stories, and then they lined up to lend a hand to those in need. Once again, the people of SOUTHEASTERN CONNECTICUT blew me away with their willingness to help."
