GORE-OVERGAARD BROADCASTING, INC. is selling Religion KIRV-A/FRESNO to CENTRO CRISTIANO VIDA ABUNDANTE, INC. for $600,000 ($100,000 in cash, the rest in a promissory note).

In other deals filed with the FCC, ELECTROMAGNETIC COMPANY, LLC is spinning Classic Rock WEXP (101.5 THE FOX)/BRANDON, VT, recently acquired from the NASSAU BROADCASTING bankruptcy, to KEN SQUIER's WOODCHUCK RADIO, LLC for $450,000.

PAUL WILSON (STARR MOUNTAIN BROADCASTING, INC. and 1090 RADIO) is selling WENR-A/ENGLEWOOD, TN and WCPH-A/ETOWAH, TN to GEORGE C. HUDSON III for $60,000.

CHISHOLM TRAIL BROADCASTING LLC is selling Adult Hits KANT/GUERNSEY, WY to PEAK RADIO LLC for $80,000.
