Dennis Weinberg Won't Stand For Re-Election

SALEM COMMUNICATIONS CORP. has notified the SEC that board member DENNIS WEINBERG will not stand for re-election to the board at next JUNE's annual meeting.  The company said that WEINBERG's decision, made on OCTOBER 20th, "is not the result of any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices."

WEINBERG has been a director of SALEM since NOVEMBER 2005 and will serve as director and on the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee until his current term expires.
