CC Outdoor Tender Offer Expires

Senior Notes Due 2017

CLEAR CHANNEL OUTDOOR HOLDINGS, INC. announced the expiration of its previously announced tender offer by its subsidiary, CLEAR CHANNEL WORLDWIDE HOLDINGS, INC. for any and all of CLEAR CHANNEL WORLDWIDE’s 9.25% Series A Senior Notes due 2017 and its 9.25% Series B Senior Notes due 2017. The tender offer expired at 11:59p, ET, on DECEMBER 3rd, 2012.

GOLDMAN, SACHS & CO. and CREDIT SUISSE SECURITIES LLC acted as the dealer managers and D.F. KING & CO., INC. was the tender agent and information agent for the tender offer.
