WMAL Radiothon Raises $290,000 For Fisher House

CUMULUS Talk WMAL-A-F/WASHINGTON's 9th Annual WMAL FISHER HOUSE Radiothon this past FRIDAY and SATURDAY raised $290,000 for the charity that builds and operates housing near Veterans Administration hospitals for families of wounded troops.  

PD BILL HESS tells ALL ACCESS that he is still receiving checks in the mail to add to the total, which is up over $50,000 from last year; WMAL has raised over $4 million for the cause over the last 9 years.
