The price that EDUCATIONAL MEDIA FOUNDATION is paying to AMATURO GROUP OF L.A. LLC for the SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA trimulcast of KLST-F/FOUNTAIN VALLEY (ORANGE COUNTY), KLSI/THOUSAND OAKS (VENTURA COUNTY), and KLSN/ADELANTO (VICTOR VALLEY-HGH DESERT), plus a booster for KLST in MALIBU VISTA, is $8,788,500 ($2,138,500 cash, the rest in a 10-year promissory note). The price was not disclosed when EMF took over programming on the stations, flipping them from the previous "PLAYLIST 92.7" AC/Adult Hits format to its own Christian Rock AIR 1 satellite format FRIDAY night at midnight under a network affiliation agreement (NET NEWS 12/3).

The seller also closed on the sale of FM translator K210EM/SPRING CREEK, NV to RUBY RADIO CORPORATION for $12,350.
