The RUSTY MAC Adopt-a-Teen Program is in its 16th season raising funds to help teens at the EXCHANGE CLUB-CARL PERKINS CENTER FOR THE PREVENTION OF CHILD ABUSE in JACKSON, TN by getting them gifts for the holidays. The charity was launched by the late RUSTY MAC, host at THOMAS MEDIA Country WWYN (WYN 106.9)/JACKSON, TN in 1997 to help the "forgotten" teens at CHRISTMAS; this year, the fund has 278 teens in need.
Donations can be mailed to EXCHANGE CLUB-CARL PERKINS CENTER, P. O. Box 447, Jackson TN 38302 or by credit card over the phone at (731) 668-4000. For more information or to set up interviews, contact the PERKINS CENTER's STEPHANIE ISAACS at sisaacs@carlperkinscenter.org.
