Veteran programmer GARY NOLAN is joining CLEAR CHANNEL's PANAMA CITY, FL cluster as OM, effective DECEMBER 20th.
NOLAN, incoming from CLEAR CHANNEL's BINGHAMTON, NY cluster (where he also hosted mornings at AC WMXW (MIX 103.3)), will also be PD and afternoon host at Country WPAP and fills the slot left open by TODD BERRY's move to the company's JACKSON, MS cluster.
