EMMIS Talk KFTK/ST. LOUIS host DANA LOESCH has sued BREITBART.COM over a contract dispute, reports the ST. LOUIS POST-DISPATCH.

LOESCH, a conservative columnist and pundit as well as a KFTK personality, has sued the website in federal court seeking a minimum of $75,000 in damages and a declaration that her contract had expired upon her attempted termination of the deal in SEPTEMBER.

The suit alleges that the site, which she claims had an "increasingly hostile" work environment, extended her agreement when she tried to end it and is preventing her from working elsewhere.
