  ALL ACCESS sends out major congrats to HOLLYWOOD RECORDS VP/Promotion SCOT FINCK who has been elevated to DISNEY MUSIC GROUP's SVP/Promotion, reporting to DISNEY MUSIC GROUP EVP/Marketing KEN BUNT.
  
  FINCK, who is about to ring in 15 years with the label, takes over the duties of JUSTIN FONTAINE who left the label after 13 years, last NOVEMBER (NET NEWS 11/28).
