PHILLIP HIGGINBOTHAM returns to CHARLOTTE as Promotions Director of CCM+E Alternative WEND (106.5 THE END) and Adult Hits WLKO (102.9 THE LAKE).

PHILLIP, or P-LOVE as he’s known in the hallways was the original Promotions Director in CHARLOTTE for sister Top 40/Rhythmic WIBT (96.1 THE BEAT) back in 2005-2006, so he’s a native of the area and no stranger to the market.

He was most recently working in LOS ANGELES at CBS Adult Hits KCBS (93.1 JACK-FM).
