  A very happy birthday goes out to iconic DIAL GLOBAL radio personality CHARLES OSGOOD, host of the popular "OSGOOD File" broadcasts, as he celebrated his 80th birthday yesterday.
  
  DIAL GLOBAL executives presented a plaque to OSGOOD that featured a rhyme by his late father: "Early to bed, early to rise. Work like a dog and advertise."
