EMI Ups Offer For WMG To $4.6 Billion, And Rejects WMG Counterbid

According to a report on BLOOMBERG.com, EMI raised its offer to buy WARNER MUSIC GROUP to $4.6 billion and rejected a counterbid from WMG valued at $4.56 billion (2.53 billion pounds).
