HIRSCH COMMUNICATIONS ENGINEERING CO. is selling 60% of Country WHCO-A/SPARTA, IL to SOUTHERN ILLINOIS RADIO GROUP, INC. for $150,000.
CALVARY CHAPEL OF TERRE HAUTE is donating WVWG/SEELYVILLE, IL to CALVARY RADIO NETWORK, INC. for no consideration.
SSR COMMUNICATIONS, INC. is selling WWUU/WASHINGTON, MS to FIRST NATCHEZ RADIO GROUP INC. for $55,000.
MEDIA MINISTRIES, INC. is selling Talk KLIC-A/RICHWOOD, LA to WOO2 COMMUNICATIONS, LLC for $25,000.
LIFETALK RADIO, INC. is selling noncommercial Religion KLRF/MILTON-FREEWATER, OR to STATELINE SEVENTH-DAY ADVENTIST CHURCH for $15,000.
L. TOPAZ ENTERPRISES, INC. is selling the construction permit for KQGD/ELKO, NV to RUBY RADIO CORPORATION for $75,000.
CENTENNIAL LICENSING, LLC is selling Talk WLNI/LYNCHBURG, VA to MEL WHEELER, INC. for $1,025,000. The sale may face a challenge by competitor 3 DAUGHTERS MEDIA, INC., which is concerned about undue ownership concentration and previously challenged the licenses of CLEAR CHANNEL and ALOHA TRUST stations in the ROANOKE and LYNCHBURG markets.
CUMULUS has taken Urban AC WMGL (MAGIC @ 107.3)/RAVENEL-CHARLESTON, SC back from the LAST BASTION STATION TRUST now that Sports WNKT (107.5 THE GAME) has been moved to the COLUMBIA metro, allowing CUMULUS, as successor to CITADEL, to retain WMGL, a spinoff of the ABC-CITADEL deal.
CUMULUS is also taking Classic Rock KBZU (96,3 THE MOUNTAIN)/ALBUQUERQUE back from the LAST BASTION STATION TRUST, based on the reassignment of another station to the ALBUQUERQUE metro, enabling CUMULUS to add KBZU back to its cluster.
And CUMULUS is taking AC KRMW (WARM 94.9)/CEDARVILLE-FORT SMITH, AR and Urban AC WQQK (Q92)/GOODLETTSVILLE-NASHVILLE, TN back from trustee VOLT RADIO because an additional station has been assigned to the FORT SMITH metro, enabling the addition of KRMW back to the CUMULUS cluster, and the swap of stations in NASHVILLE and MOBILE with EDUCATIONAL MEDIA FOUNDATION will allow the reacquisition of WQQK in NASHVILLE.
Control of Classic Hits KQMG-A-F (BRITE 95.2 AND 1220)/INDEPENDENCE, IA is being assigned from KM COMMUNICATIONS, INC. to receiver RENEE K. HANRAHAN pursuant to a court order obtained by debtor SECURITY STATE BANK. HANRAHAN has been given authority to sell the stations and apply the proceeds to the benefit of the bank.
TORRECILLAS BROADCASTING CORP. is selling Spanish Hits WOLA-A/BARRANQUITAS, PR to RADIO PROCER INC. for $600,000.
PRG LLC is selling Sports WCBA-A/CORNING, NY to GREAT RADIO, LLC for $6,000.
FIRST VENTURES CAPITAL PARTNERS, INC. is selling FM translator K255AX/PINE BLUFF, AR to JOEL J. KINLOW for $30,000. The station rebroadcasts the buyer's Urban Inspiration KJJI-A/WHITE HALL, AR.
JOHN DADY is selling FM translators K272AF/EAGLE, CO. K263AC/CANYON VALLEY, CO, and K249AW/STEAMBOAT SPRINGS, CO to DON J. TLAPEK for $6,000.

(WQML/CULEBRA, PR); ALELUYA BROADCASTING NETWORK (KTYR/TRINITY, TX); HORIZON CHRISTIAN FELLOWSHIP (WYDI/DERRY, NH); AMERICAN FAMILY ASSOCIATION (KJOG/CLEVELAND, OK; KEIS/YORK, NE; WAKP/SMITHBORO, GA; WGBQ/LYNCHBURG, TN); SCOTT COMMUNICATIONS, INC. (W262BQ/LIVINGSTON, AL); NEUHOFF FAMILY LIMITED PARTNERSHIP (W295AH/CHATHAM, IL); and EAGLE BLUFF ENTERPRISES (KDFN/DONIPHAN, MO).
