RADIO ONE, INC. has appointed SAMUEL ROGERS VP/National Sales. Boasting over 30 years in the broadcasting industry, ROGERS, who starts JAN. 30th, most recently was Market Manager and VP/Political and Platform Sales for CUMULUS RADIO.
