SCHOCKER! Adult Hits KJAC (105.5 JACK-FM)/DENVER PD BRYAN SCHOCK has been elevated to Director of Programming for KJAC owner NRC BROADCASTING-DENVER. He'll also oversee Triple A KCUV and Oldies KYOL-A, which carries ABC's "True Oldies" format.
“I am really enjoying the atmosphere of working for a small locally owned and locally programmed radio group. I want to thank (CEO) TIM BROWN for giving me this opportunity…I hope he wasn’t serious about mowing his lawn and washing his car," joked SCHOCK. "Putting the first ‘JACK’ station in the UNITED STATES on-the-air has been both challenging and rewarding. I am excited to continue on as the Program Director of such a ground-breaking format. I am also looking forward to working with PD JOHN HAYES and newly appointed Music Director SAM SCHOLL in the Triple A world at KCUV FM.”
SCHOCK previously programmed 91X & KGB/SAN DIEGO, 92X/DENVER, KNAC/LOS ANGELES, WHVY/BALTIMORE and WLZR/Milwaukee. He also served as Ops Manager for the Adult Alternative format at JONES RADIO NETWORKS.
