KLYV And Listeners Scammed In Bogus Concert Snafu

A tough week for CUMULUS Top 40 KLYV (Y105)/DUBUQUE, IA and some 1400 ticket holders.  Both the station and its listeners are the victims of an alleged scam by ATLANTA-based JM NICE PROMOTIONS who had "booked" CHRIS BROWN, CHAMILLIONAIRE, and CIARA to perform for a "Summer Jam" concert set for today (6/30).  No bookings, no show, no refunds as calls to the promoter go unanswered.
