  Former AUSTEREO Top 40 2DAY FM/SYDNEY, AUSTRALIA co-host MICHAEL CHRISTIAN, half of the the duo that lost their jobs over the KATE MIDDLETON hoax phone call, has resurfaced at sister station FOX FM/MELBOURNE.
  
  "We are happy to have MICHAEL back on air," said AUSTEREO CEO RHYS HOLLERAN. "We have always supported our talent returning to work when appropriate, and today marks that occasion for MICHAEL."
