The format flip previously noted on ALL ACCESS is now a sale, as BAR BROADCASTING, which recently moved its "LA LEY" Spanish programming from KBGG-A/DES MOINES to KDLS-F/PERRY, IA, has now purchased KDLS and its AM sister Variety KDLS-A from CHESTER COLEMAN's AMERICAN RADIO BROKERS for $750,000.
