FIRST VENTURES CAPITAL PARTNERS, INC. is selling FM translator K254BN/WEST ODESSA, TX to KICKIN COUNTRY BROADCASTING LLC for $55,000.  The translator rebroadcasts Classic Country KCKM-A (KICKIN COUNTRY 1330)/MONAHANS, TX.

In another filing with the FCC. YOUNGERS COLORADO BROADCASTING LLC has requested an extension of its Silent STA for KPCR/FOWLER, CO while it "continues to work on a long-term lease at a different transmitter site."

VIC MICHAEL's KONA COAST RADIO, LLC has closed on the sale of FM translator K280FC/WAIPAHU, HI to GREG DOUGLAS' BEACH TIME BROADCAST, LLC for $120,000.  The translator rebroadcasts Sports KUPA-A (FOX SPORTS RADIO HAWAII)/PEARL CITY-HONOLULU.

And the Commission rejected JOHN M. TORRES' application to move FM translator W277AC/WATERTOWN, WI to CLYMAN, WI, reports NORTHPINE.COM's UPPER MIDWEST BROADCASTING.  The move was turned down because the proposed new frequency and facility, which would have relayed GOOD KARMA Talk WBEV-A/BEAVER DAM, WI, would not be mutually exclusive, as required under the waiver procedures set forth in THE CROMWELL GROUP's MATTOON, IL maneuver.
