Congratulations to CITADEL Hot AC KURB/LITTLE ROCK morning man SCOTT THROWER. Over the weekend, he tied the knot with DENISE RUTHVEN, a local business executive. THROWER says, ''Denise knows I've worked with DANNY BONADUCE and JONATHON BRANDMEIER and yet she still longs to be my bride. Silly princess.''
