Jasmin Dorismond Upped To VP At Lotus Communications

LOTUS COMMUNICATIONS CORP. recently promoted JASMIN DORISMOND, formerly Corporate Controller, to the newly created position of VP/Corporate Controller. In her new role, she joins upper management in creating strategic initiatives for the company while continuing to oversee the day-to-day financial and business operations.

Chief Financial Officer BILL SHRIFTMAN said, "JASMIN is a dynamic individual who has been instrumental in developing many of the improvements made at LOTUS during her 12-year tenure.  We look forward to her ongoing contributions in the years to come."

DORISMOND's career spans 20 years with diversified experience in accounting, finance, management, regulatory compliance, human resources, payroll and risk management.  Prior to joining LOTUS in 2000, she served as Controller at TECORP AUTOMOTIVE, INC.
