In other filings with the FCC, RK-LA-TEX, LLC has closed on the sale of Adult Hits KBYB (101.7 BOB FM)/HOPE, AR and Talk KTFS-A-F and Sports KCMC-A/TEXARKANA, TX to TEXARKANA RADIO CENTER LICENSES, LLC for $2.1 million to the Seller and $650,000 to affiliated entities. The seller's JO-Al BROADCASTING, INC. has also closed on the sale of Urban AC KTOY (JAMMIN 104.7)/TEXARKANA, AR to the same buyer for $300,000, and the seller's DJSG PARTNERS, LP has closed on the sale of FM translator K288FI/TEXARKANA, TX to the same buyer for $350,000.
WAGENVOORD ADVERTISING GROUP INC. has closed on the sale of Talk KLRG-A/SHERIDAN-LITTLE ROCK, AR and FM translator K233BF/GREENBRIER, AR to JOEL J. KINLOW for $562,500.
And OUR LADY OF GUADALUPE CATHOLIC PARISH has closed on the transfer of low-power FM KXWF-LP/WICHITA FALLS, TX to COMUNIDAD CRISTIANA OF WICHITA FALLS for no consideration.
Also, the Commission allocated new FMs at CROWNPOINT, NM and PEACH SPRINGS, AZ under the new Tribal Priority procedures. The CROWNPOINT signal will serve NAVAJO NATION land, and the PEACH SPRINGS allocation will serve HUALAPAI NATION land.
