  SACRED HEART UNIVERSITY noncommercial News-Talk-Classical WSHU-F/FAIRFIELD, CT has launched a second News-Talk programming service on AM, plus an FM translator and HD2 channel.
  
  WSHU FAIRFIELD COUNTY PUBLIC RADIO will consist of NPR and other syndicated public radio spoken word programming, with local FAIRFIELD COUNTY news, traffic, and weather reports and additional material. It will air on WSHU-A/WESTPORT, WSTC-A/STAMFORD, and WNLK-A/NORWALK as well as FM translator W293AU/DERBY and the HD2 channel of WSHU-F, beginning TODAY (3/18).
