35th Annual ASCAP Christian Music Awards

The AMERICAN SOCIETY of COMPOSERS, AUTHORS and PUBLISHERS (ASCAP) will celebrate the 35th Annual ASCAP CHRISTIAN MUSIC AWARDS on Monday, 5/6 at The FRANKLIN THEATRE in FRANKLIN TN.  MICHAEL MARTIN and LEANNA PHELAN will present the ASCAP MOST PERFORMED SONG awards to the writers and publishers of the most-played songs in Christian music.

The invitation-only event will also feature special performances by some of today's most popular CCM artists and songwriters, as well as the announcements of CHRISTIAN MUSIC SONGWRITER OF THE YEAR, SONGWRITER/ARTIST OF THE YEAR, SONG OF THE YEAR and PUBLISHER OF THE YEAR. Recent ASCAP Christian Music Awards winners include BROWN BANNISTER, MICHAEL BLEEKER, JEREMY CAMP, BEN GLOVER, DAN MUCKALA, MATT REDMAN, CHRIS TOMLIN, MATTHEW WEST & JOSH WILSON.
