Radio listening is down but TV watching is up a little and Net use is up in CANADA, according to the CRTC's annual monitoring report. The report said that weekly TSL for radio fell from 19.5 to 19.1 hours in 2005, while TV watching rose from 24. to 25.1 hours and homes with Internet access rose from 76 to 78 percent. This year's report also adds use of portable technolgy devices, noting that 59% used cellphones, 16% used iPods or other MP3 players, 8% used a webcam, 7% used a PDA, and 3% used a BlackBerry.
