THREE EAGLES Top 40 KFRX/LINCOLN Interim PD/afternooner BRETT ANDREWS has resigned to join CLEAR CHANNEL Top 40 KZCH (CHANNEL 96.3)/WICHITA to do nights for PD P.J. and APD/morning man MATT MITCHELL. No word on a replacement back at KFRX, but morning man DAWSON will handle music on a temporary basis.
