WKRO Rebrands, Moves City Of License, Adds Morning Co-Host

SOUTHERN STONE COMMUNICATIONS Country WKRO (KRO COUNTRY)/DAYTONA BEACH has moved its city of license to PORT ORANGE, FL and completed a signal upgrade.

To coincide with these changes, the station rebranded itself to "COAST COUNTRY 93.1," effective YESTERDAY (3/24).

Changes to the on air lineup includes a new morning show in which newcomer MICHELLE McCOY joins OM GERRY McCRACKEN and current host JIM "KINGBIRD" KING. Former morning co-host STEPHANIE will now handle middays, with CHRIS taking on afternoons.
