CBS NEWS RADIO Correspondent PETER KING shares with ALL ACCESS, "My brother, RICK SOMMERS (ex WLTW/NEW YORK, now the broadcast liaison for the NY local of SAG_AFTRA) and I both got our starts at WICB/ITHACA COLLEGE and then, commercially at WTKO (during the 70s for me, the 70s and 80s for RICK). Now, we're writing a book about ITHACA RADIO for ARCADIA publishing."

"We're looking for pictures, pieces of ITHACA related radio items (they call it 'ephemera') from logos, stickers, sales and promotional literature, swag, etc that can be photographed, along with descriptions -- and of course, memories!" continued KING. "We, of course, remember ITHACA primarily for WICB, WHCU, WVBR and WTKO, but several FM's came in as we were leaving town (OK-100, etc) and we welcome material from all stations and eras! I'm guessing ex-ITHACA radio people -- and long time radio fans may have some stuff to share!"
