The NAB placed full-page ads in the CASPER STAR TRIBUNE and the BISMARCK TRIBUNE to publicly thank Sens. JOHN BARRASSO (R-WY) and HEIDI HEITKAMP (D-ND), respectively, for introducing in the Senate a resolution opposing the passage of any new performance fee for music airplay on broadcast radio stations.
