FANTASIA BROADCASTING, INC. is selling Sports WMMN-A, Talk WTCS-A, and Classic Rock WRLF (94 ROCK)/FAIRMONT, WV and Hot AC WZST (VARIETY 101)/WESTOVER, WV to SPECTRUM RADIO FAIRMONT LLC for $1.25 million ($800,000 cash, $450,000 in a promissory note).

ONE CONNECTION MEDIA GROUP is selling FM translator W257AB/MARION, OH to EDUCATIONAL MEDIA FOUNDATION for $35,000.
