KINK Celebrates Independence With Annual BluesFest

ALPHA BROADCASTING Triple A  KINK/PORTLAND, OR, is again the host station for the 26th annual SAFEWAY WATERFRONT BLUES FESTIVAL taking place at TOM MCCALL WATERFRONT PARK JULY 4th through 7th.

This year the event boasts ROBERT PLANT AND THE SENSATIONAL SHAPE SHIFTERS, along with TAJ MAHAL TRIO, ERIC BURDON, MAVIS STAPLES, ROBERT RANDOLPH AND THE FAMILY BAND, JOHN HIATT, NORTH MISISSIPPI ALLSTARS, ALLEN STONE, JOE LOUIS WALKER and OTHERS

The event is the largest fundraiser for the OREGON FOOD BANK.
