NORTHERN LIGHTS BROADCASTING, LLC is selling KGLB-A/GLENCOE, MN to TOR H. INGSTAD's IOWA CITY BROADCASTING CO., INC. for $195,000 plus an LMA that started in OCTOBER.

In other filings with the FCC, JESSE R. FEATHERS (MOONSTONE BROADCASTING) is selling the construction permit for KCJZ/CAMBRIA, CA to ADELMAN INVESTMENTS, LLC for $30,000 in a promissory note.

FIRST VENTURES CAPITAL PARTNERS, INC. is selling FM translator K296FI/PIERRE, SD to JAMES RIVER BROADCASTING CO. for $26,500.  The translator will rebroadcast Country KGFX-A/PIERRE.

NORTHERN NEVADA MEDIA, INC. has applied for a Silent STA for KTSN-A/ELKO, NV due to repair work on the station's transmitter.

OLIVET NAZARENE UNIV. has requested an extension of its Silent STA for WUON/MORRIS, IL while it tries to find a new tower.  The station was knocked off the air by a storm on AUGUST 4, 2012 that damaged its old tower.

LIBERTY UNIV., INC. has closed on the sale of FM translator W295BF/MIDLOTHIAN, VA to CLEAR CHANNEL's CAPSTAR TX LLC for $50,000.

MARK HOPPE's BLUE WING, INC. has closed on the sale of  FM translator W296CH/HINCKLEY, MN to HERBERT M. HOPPE for $34,000.

And VINCENT SHIFLET has closed on the sale of FM translator K269FY/WALLA WALLA, WA to ALEXANDRA COMMUNICATIONS, INC. for $12,500.
