CALVARY CHAPEL OF MONTCLAIR, INC. is selling the construction permit for a new FM in TAYLORTOWN, NJ to REDEEMER BROADCASTING, INC. The sale contract filed with the FCC omits the page on which the purchase price is disclosed.

In other filings with the FCC, JACOBS BROADCAST GROUP, INC. is selling FM translator W245BD/EULATON, AL to ALABAMA 810, LLC for $50,000.  The station will rebroadcast Classic Country WCKA-A (ALABAMA 810)/JACKSONVILLE, AL.

EDUCATIONAL COMMUNICATIONS OF COLORADO SPRINGS, INC. has requested Silent STAs for KTLH/LAMAR, CO and KRKX/RIFLE, CO as a result of equipment failures and the resulting need to obtain new equipment. The licensee is also looking for an alternate transmitter site."

NORTH TEXAS RADIO GROUP, L.P. has filed for an extension of its Silent STA for KETE/SULPHUR BLUFF, TX while it installs its new transmitter.  The licensee has also filed for an extension of the Silent STA for FM translator K265DW/MOUNT PLEASANT, TX while it resolves issues with its transmitter and site.

EDUCATIONAL MEDIA FOUNDATION has asked the Commission for a Silent STA for FM translator W296CG//DETROIT while it resolves interference issues.

FAMILY LIFE MINISTRIES, INC. has closed on the swap of FM translator W201BE/BUFFALO, NY to PRIORITY RADIO, INC. for translators W219CP/ASHTABULA, OH and W207BB/BUFFALO, NY.

And PACIFIC BEACH FOOD BANK has closed on the sale of low power FM KXPB-LP/PACIFIC BEACH, WA to M.A.A.P. FOUNDATION for no consideration.
