  POWELL BROADCASTING Top 40/Rhythmic WPFM (HOT 107.9)/PANAMA CITY, FL Chief Engineer SCOTT SOLKO shares with ALL ACCESS, "Just checking in to let you know that WPFM completed its move to it's new home at 1,280 feet at a new tower site.
