Mason Inducted Into Ohio Hall

ALL ACCESS sends out congratulations to RUBBER CITY RADIO Country WQMX/AKRON OM KEVIN MASON, who will be inducted into the RADIO TELEVISON BROADCASTER's HALL OF FAME OF OHIO. The induction will take place on SUNDAY, OCTOBER 8th, at a special gala in AKRON at the FAIRLAWN/AKRON HILTON. Other inductees into the Hall include: ALAN FREED, JACK PAAR, GARY BURBANK, PHIL DONAHUE, DAN PATRICK and BOB HOPE, just to name a few.
KEVIN, a long-time broadcaster, in fact, second-generation, made his on-air debut at age-3 and was doing voice-over work by the time he was 8. MASON is a graduate of RADFORD UNIVERSITY and soon after graduation went to work at WCMS/VIRGINIA BEACH. Other stations on MASON's resume include: WLVK/CHARLOTTE, WBHP/HUNTSVILLE, WRKZ/BLOOMINGTON, IL and WFMS/INDIANAPOLIS. He has also served as AGENDA-CHAIR-PERSON for CRS.
