  FORT SMITH, AR market veteran GERI RICHARDS has landed the afternoon-drive slot at PEARSON BROADCASTING Adult Hits KERX (95.3 MAXFM).
  
  Along with her on-air duties, she is handling production for KERX and sister station Sports KTTG (ESPN 96.3). RICHARDS had previously worked for PEARSON BROADCASTING from 2001-2003 as News/Production Dir.
