KHVH/Honolulu Pulls Governor, Lt. Gov.'s Shows For Campaign

Two weekly segments with local officeholders on CLEAR CHANNEL Talk KHVH-A/HONOLULU have been suspended for the duration of the upcoming primary election campaign.

The HONOLULU ADVERTISER reports that Governor LINDA LINGLE's weekly WEDNESDAY hour on RICK HAMADA's show and Lt. Gov. JAMES "DUKE" AIONA's weekly MONDAY afternoon appearance on MIKE BUCK's show will be pulled this week to avoid equal time requirements while LINGLE and AIONA run for reelection.
