  The third annual SOUTHERN GROUND MUSIC & FOOD FESTIVAL has announced the dates and lineup for their CHARLESTON event, to take place at BLACKBAUD STADIUM on SATURDAY, OCTOBER 19th and SUNDAY, OCTOBER 20th.
  
  WILLIE NELSON, KACEY MUSGRAVES and event founders ZAC BROWN BAND will be among the headliners, with several additional artists performing.
  
  As ALL ACCESS previously reported (NET NEWS 4/22), the NASHVILLE event will take place on FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 27th and SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 28th and feature headliners KENNY CHESNEY, ELI YOUNG BAND, as well as WILLIE NELSON, KACEY MUSGRAVES, ZAC BROWN BAND and many more.
