POSITIVE ALTERNATIVE RADIO, INC. is selling FM translator W249BE/ALEXANDRIA, VA to METRO RADIO, INC. for $130,000.   The buyer plans to rebroadcast its Talk WTNT-A/ALEXANDRIA-WASHINGTON on the translator.

In other filings with the FCC, CHARLES WILLIAMSON is selling FM translator W290CI/COOPERSTOWN, NY to WSKG PUBLIC TELECOMMUNICATIONS COUNCIL for $20,000.

And GOLDEN STRIP BROADCASTING has closed on the sale of Talk WFIS-A/FOUNTAIN INN, SC to TIMELESS MEDIA, INC. for $40,000.
