  The PREMIER-syndicated STEVE HARVEY MORNING SHOW has added a new affiliate. PALM BEACH BROADCASTING's Urban WMBX(X-102.3)/WEST PALM BEACH, FL began airing the show MONDAY, MAY 15th.
  
  However, the station will keep its popular personality REGGIE DEE, who will maintain his "man on the street" role, speaking with listeners and giving away prizes during the HARVEY show's local segments.
